This Privacy Policy explains how SquareRank, a service operated by Northera LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit squareranked.com or purchase the $299 one-time Squarespace install. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. What we collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to deliver the install and respond to inquiries. The categories below describe what we collect and how we collect it.

  • Checkout and billing data. When you purchase the install, payment is processed by Stripe through GoHighLevel's hosted checkout at link.fastpaydirect.com. We never see your full card number. We do receive your name, email, billing country, and a payment confirmation token.
  • Install delivery data. To ship the install we ask for your Squarespace login (or contributor access) and a short list of pages you want prioritized. We store this only as long as it takes to complete the work plus the 14-day Walk-Away Guarantee window.
  • Email correspondence. If you email [email protected], we store the thread so we can reply and keep a record.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, request timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

2. Why we collect it

We use the data above for these purposes, and these purposes only:

  • To process your payment and issue a receipt.
  • To complete the install on your Squarespace site within 7 business days.
  • To honor the 14-day Walk-Away Guarantee.
  • To respond to support questions you send us.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, or security issues.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models. We do not run ad-retargeting pixels.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only the minimum each needs:

  • Stripe / FastPayDirect / GoHighLevel — payment processing and checkout hosting.
  • Email provider — to send and receive transactional and support email.
  • Hosting and CDN provider — to serve the website and collect server logs.
  • Squarespace — only when you grant us access to your own Squarespace site so we can perform the install you paid for.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have certain rights over your personal data. We honor these for everyone, regardless of jurisdiction.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK (GDPR):

  • Right of access — ask what data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restrict or object to processing.
  • Right to data portability — receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA):

  • Right to know what personal information we collect and why.
  • Right to delete personal information we collect from you.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither).
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

5. Cookies and tracking

squareranked.com uses only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies needed to run the site and the checkout flow. We do not use marketing cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics in the future that goes beyond aggregate, anonymous counts, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

6. Data retention

We keep customer install records and payment receipts for the period required by tax and accounting law in our jurisdiction [STATE OF INCORPORATION], typically 7 years. We keep email threads for as long as the relationship continues. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on internal systems, and the security practices of our payment and hosting partners. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever learn of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay and within the timeframes required by applicable law.

8. Children

SquareRank is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
