Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SquareRank, a service operated by Northera LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), and your purchase of the $299 one-time Squarespace install from squareranked.com. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SquareRank is a done-for-you setup that installs SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) infrastructure on your existing Squarespace 7.1 site. The install is performed by hand by a real person (the Founder identified at the bottom of this document) and includes the deliverables described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

We do not build or redesign your website. We do not provide ongoing SEO retainer services. We do not own or operate your Squarespace account. You retain full ownership of your site and its content.

2. Payment

The service is offered for a one-time fee of $299 (USD), payable in full at the time of order. Reference price $599 reflects the standard rate; current pricing reflects an introductory offer that may end without notice. Payment is processed by Stripe through GoHighLevel's hosted checkout at link.fastpaydirect.com. We do not store your card number. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees.

3. Delivery

We commit to delivering the install within 7 business days of receiving:

• Your full payment, and
• Squarespace contributor access (or login credentials) to your site, and
• A completed short onboarding form identifying the pages you want prioritized.

The 7-day clock starts on the business day after we confirm receipt of all three. Delays caused by your own response time, missing access, or third-party platform outages (Squarespace, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, etc.) pause the clock.

4. Refunds — the 14-day Walk-Away Guarantee

Within 14 days of delivery of your install, you may request a full refund for any reason. The promise we make on the homepage applies here verbatim: Full refund. No forms. One email.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within the guarantee window. We will issue the full $299 refund through the original payment method within 7 business days. You keep every file, change, and improvement we made to your site.

After the 14-day window closes, the purchase is final and non-refundable, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your Squarespace site, your domain, your content, and any custom copy or images you supply. The install code we add to your site (JSON-LD blocks, code injection snippets, content improvements, and similar) is delivered to you for use on your own Squarespace property under a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the install as a product or service of your own.

We retain ownership of the SquareRank name, the squareranked.com site, our methodology, our checklists and templates, and any general know-how that does not include your confidential information.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates Squarespace's own terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any site that does, with a full refund of unworked-on portions of your fee.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, AI citation, traffic improvement, or revenue outcome — no honest practitioner can. SEO, AEO, and GEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party algorithms, your content, your competition, and your follow-through. Our remedy for an install that doesn't earn its keep is the 14-day Walk-Away Guarantee described above.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claim arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE OF INCORPORATION], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules is the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email. Your continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance.
